At Herbal Nails & Spa, your appointments are very important to us... it is a time that has been reserved especially for you.

 

        Please understand that when you arrive late, it has an impact on the next clients appointment. Or if you forget or cancel an appointment  without providing enough notice, we miss the  opportunity to offer that appointment time to other clients that may be on our waiting list.

 

       We will do our best to accommodate clients who are more than 5 minutes late. However, we cannot guarantee your service if you arrive late for your appointment but we also understand that there are times when a re-schedule or adjustment may be necessary. Therefore we respectfully request at least 1 hours notice for any cancellations.

       A late cancellation fee may be applied in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment should you fail to provide the requested cancellation notice.
